She was born October 23, 1956 in Cheyenne, WY to the late Russell and Betty V. Gibson. On April 25, 1985 she married Thomas L. Moore, who survives. Also surviving are her two sons, Scott (Beth) Whaley, of Chillicothe and Eric (Staci) Whaley, of Jacksonville, AK; 5 grandchildren, Austin, Jacen, Casey, Caitlyn, and Caden; a step-daughter, Joanie (Kevin) Keyser, of Columbus; step-grandchildren, Tommy Moore, Kevin Keyser, Georgette Ward, Bethany Keyser, Madison Keyser, and Nigel Keyser; 2 step-great-grandchildren, Brysten and George; a brother, Russell Gibson, of Australia; and her dog, Lilly Mae. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Marcus; her Aunt Betty Burgess, who raised her; and a step-son, Thomas Moore.
She was a member of God's Community Outreach Church. She loved to shop, decorate her home, and do crafts and was fond of angels and butterflies.
Services were entrusted to Haller Funeral Home of Chillicothe, Ohio.
