A native of Rock Hill, Mr. Hough was born in Tripoli, Libya, on January 8,1954, son of the late Charles Edward and Evelyn Workman Hough. He was a computor programmer for Integrated Healthcare Systems.
Surviving are his wife, Paula Herron Hough; three daughters, Melanie Frances Hough of Austin, Texas, Mandy Caroline Hough of Charlotte and Melissa Rose Hough of Columbia.
A memorial service to celebrate Ron's life will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday in the chaple of Bass-Cauthen Funeral Home. Interment will be private at a later date at Grandview Memorial Park, South Cherry Road.
