Services for Ida Fay Fritz Dickerson, 83, Grand Saline, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at Bartley Funeral Home chapel, Grand Saline, with Brother Eddie Paul Stanley officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery, Mrs. Dickerson died March 21, 2008, in a Grand Saline nursing home. She was born Dec. 3, 1924, in Grand Saline to the late William Oliver and Ida Elizabeth Williams Fritz, and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a medication aide and a member of Bible Baptist Church of Grand Saline. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Dickerson.0 Survivors include her daughters, Sharon Kay Chaney and Karen Sue Swindell, both of Grand Saline; brother, Alvin "Whistle" Fritz, Grand Saline; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. If desired, memorials may be made to Woodside Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 543, Grand Saline, 75140.
