CHARLES P. DICKERSON died at Methodist Hospital at 1:10 yesterday afternoon following a heart attack at his home, 168 South Manassas. He was 43. Born at Guntown, Mississippi, Mr. Dickerson came to Memphis 32 years ago and was a produce trucker. He was a Presbyterian.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Eva Mae Dickerson; his mother, Mrs. Virginia Dickerson; two brothers, Leamon O. Dickerson and Oscar L. Dickerson, all of Memphis; and three sisters, the Misses Onie Lee and Ava Dickerson of Memphis and Mrs. Nadge Morrison of Holly Springs, Mississippi.
