Joni Ann Riccardi of Montgomery, NY died Sunday, October 30, 2011, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 72.
The daughter of the late John Henry and Harriet Reister Lynn, she was born November 30, 1938 in Newark, NJ.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Thomas, at home; sons, Thomas Riccardi and Adelina of Hamilton, NJ, John Riccardi and Joann of Walden, NY, and Rick Riccardi and Jennifer of Montgomery, NY; daughters, Dineen Conroy and Edward of Montgomery, NY, and Lynn Matthews and Dennis of Montgomery, NY; brother, Jack Lynn of New Jersey; sister, Diane Schreiber and George of Pennsylvania; 11 grandchildren: Tommy, Alex, John Thomas, Justin, Tyler, Jamie, Danielle, Eddie, Jackie, Jessica and Dennis; eight great granddaughters and one great grandson.
She was predeceased by her sister, Mildred Amodio and brothers, Charles O'Donnell, Dennis Lynn and Hugh Lynn.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 3, 2011 from 3-6 p.m. at Overhiser Funeral Home, 78 Union St. Montgomery, NY.
A funeral mass will be Friday, November 4, 2011, 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, Route 17K, Bullville, NY. Fr. Francis Amodio, her nephew, will officiate.
Cremation will be in Cedar Hill Crematory in Newburgh, NY.
