LOUIS WILDE DIES THURSDAY
Funeral Will Be Held Saturday In The Afternoon


Louis C. Wilde, 50, died Thursday morning at the homestead of his father, the late Carl Wilde, in the town of Manitowoc Rapids. Death was due to complications.

Funeral services will be held from the home on Route 4, Manitowoc, Saturday at 1 p.m. and at 2 p.m. from the St. John's Lutheran church, Newtonburg. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.

The deceased was born November 22, 1884, in the town of Rapids, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wilde. He remained on the farm during his entire life. His father died eight months ago.

In 1916, his father married Ida Maas. Survivors are his widow; mother, Mrs. Carl Wilde; a daughter, Adeline; and two sons, Elmer and Arnold, all on the homestead farm.

The body was removed to the home this afternoon from the Pfeffer funeral home.
