Mrs. Olene Berg, 85, of Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc, died Tuesday morning at the home. Private family funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Schneider-Mittnacht Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Edmund Olson will officiate with burial in Valders West Cemetery.
Mrs. Berg, nee Olene Stenersen, was born April 5, 1891, in Norway, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Aanen Birkeland Stenersen. Her husband, Carl Berg, preceded her in death in 1941. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church,
Manitowoc.
Survivors include a son, Knut of Schofield; five daughters, Mrs. Sally Thompson, of Madison, Miss Dorothy Berg, of Oshkosh, Mrs. William (Joanne) Bush, and Mrs. John (Jeanette) Koch, of Berlin, Wis., and Mrs. Dennis
(Vivian) Delaney, of Manitowoc; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. An infant daughter preceded her in death in 1919 and a daughter, Carol, preceded her in death in 1947.
There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
