Death in Town Cato of Moses Seymour Piper, one of the pioneer settlers of our county, at age 76. The deceased, who was born in the State of Vermont, came to Manitowoc County in 1845 and has resided in Town Cato since 1853. He has been ill for 40 years. A widow, 3 children and 3 grandchildren survive him.
