He was born on December 14, 1970 in Clearfield, PA, a son of George Warholak and the late
Dorothy J. (Krupar) Warholak.
Mr. Warholak graduated in 1988 from Clearfield Area High School and in 1992 from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He was a member of the Pennsylvania State University Alumni Association.
In addition to his father he is survived by,
a brother and three sisters,
George Warholak and wife Amy Rockton
Debra Kollar and husband John Rossiter
Anna Marie Warholak Clearfield
Patricia Warholak Clearfield
one nephew and three nieces.
In addition to his mother, who died November 4, 1988, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Anna and John Krupar and his paternal grandparents Mary and Michael Warholak.
