First husband was Gudbrand Olsen Gudbrandsplass Birth: 1 June 1809 Hallingdal, Ål, Buskerud, Norway. Death: 20 May 1847 Hallingdal, Ål, Buskerud, Norway. Gilbertson became their kids' family name in U.S. (only for those who emigrated). Gudbrand and Ingebjørg had 6 children, 3 emigrated to U.S. with their mother and stepfather, 3 died prior to emigration. Ingeborg married Truls in 1849 in Norway.
