Alexandre Boulet, son of Joseph Boulet and Celina Ruel, was born on 16 Jun 1879 and baptized the following day at Saint Norbert, Arthabaska, Québec, Canada. He immigrated to the United States with his family after the 1889 birth of his brother Joseph, settling in Lewiston, Maine. Alexandre married Adele Charest, daughter of Ferdinand and Exilda Charest, on 28 Apr 1902 in Lewiston. He was widowed in 1951. Alexandre died at the age of 82 and was interred in Saint Peter's Cemetery in Lewiston on 7 Feb 1962.
