Services for Jason Alan Adams, 21, of Mixon were held at 10 a.m. today at the Cottle Funeral Home Chapel in Troup. The Rev. Lester Foreman officiated.
Burial was at Mixon Cemetery in Mixon.
Mr. Adams died Saturday in Henderson.
He was born June 17, 1981, in Galveston to Rusty and the late Sheila Adams.
He lived most of his life in the Troup area and attended Troup High School.
He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Troy Adams and grandmother, Vonnie Adams.
He is survived by his wife of two years, Jamie Lynn Adams of Troup; son, Sean Adams of Troup; parents, Rusty and Corliss Adams of Troup; brother, Lance Adams of Troup; sisters, Ashley Adams of Troup and Tiffiney McMakin of Jacksonville; grandparents, Carroll Adams of Houston and Doyle and Glenda Melton of Troup; great-grandmothers, Pauline Adams of Jacksonville and Violet Keck of White Oak.
Friends served as his pallbearers.
