Services will be held Monday for Mrs. Viola Young of Star Route Timblin who died Wednesday, July 28,1976 in Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah. She was 82 years of age.
She was born September 15, 1893, in Porter Township a daughter of George & Lydia Sherry Minich and was married October 10, 1911, to Russell V. Young.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Punxsutawney.
She had lived most of her life in the Ringgold area.
Surviving are her husband;
three sons, Clair M. of Burk Burnette, Texas;
William E. of Ringgold,
and Lewis D. of Warren, Ohio;
four daughters:
Mrs. Leland (Grace )Milliron of Pahokee, Florida;
Mrs. Lucille Brocious of American Folk, Utah;
Mrs. Kent (Josephine) Baggs of Ogden, Utah,
and Mrs. Max (Helen) Harper of Pleasant Grove, Utah.
She leaves also 28 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren
and a brother, Guy Minich of Warren, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers
and three sisters.
Friends will be received Saturday in the Alcorn Funeral Home in Hawthorn;where services will be held on Monday and Bishop Jan Humphries will officiate and interment will be at the Ringgold Cemetery
