Born May 13, 1918, in Danville, she was the daughter of Richard S. Brockman and Myrene McKinney Brockman.
She was a graduate of George Washington High School and retired after a number of years with Giles-Flowerland.
She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany.
Survivors include two nieces, Lillian A. Hicks of Manassas, and Eleanor G. McIntosh of Springfield.
She was predeceased by one sister, Eleanor B. Griffin.
The graveside service was held at 11am on Wednesday, April 24, 2002, at Highland Burial Park, with Father James Mathieson officiating.
