Betty Lou Williamson, 83, of Rapid City, died at Rapid City Regional Hospital Auxiliary Hospice House on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Betty Lou was born on November 9, 1927, in Vilas, SD, to Carl and Clara (Larsen) Bolenbaugh.
Survivors include five daughters, Rose Williamson, Rapid City, Barbara Williamson, Wall, Peggy (Jack) Albrecht, Loveland, CO, Kathy (Kevin) Johnson, Cheyenne, WY, and Lisa Cox, Greely, CO; two sons, Larry (Joyce) Williamson, Piedmont and Alan Williamson, Golden, CO; a sister, Doris Hill, Agua Dulce, CA; a brother, Carl Bolenbaugh, Agua Dulce; 24 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene Williamson; her sisters, Marie Maley and Molly Massam; and her brothers, Richard and William Bolenbaugh.
Visitation will be at 1Thursday, November 10, at South Canyon Baptist Church, with the Rev. Paul Lloyd officiating.
Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery.
