DIED - DECEMBER 20, 2002 ** ZOLLIE "GREY" LINDBERGH VARNEY, 75, of Wayne, W.Va., at his residence. Born July 18, 1927, in Mingo County, W.Va., the son of the late Pliant and Daisy (Hooker) Varney. Preceded in death by six brothers, Reese, Claude, Fred, Max, Jimmy and Clarence; three sisters, Dixie, Margaret and Blanche. Survivors include his wife, Carol Sue Queen Varney; one daughter, Glenna Kay McSweeney, and her husband Jarrel; two sons, Rodney Reece Varney and his wife Cynthia and Rex Varney and his wife Monica; four sisters, Deloris Donahue, Pricey Machinsky, Jean St. John and Lillie Pocheoley; three brothers, Robert Varney, Ralph Varney and Reed Varney; 10 grandchildren. Burial December 24, 2002, in the Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne, W.Va.
