Pvt Joseph Eager, Northborough. - Capt. Samuel Wood's co. of Minute-men,
Gen. Ward's reg., which marched on the alarm of April 19, 1775; service, 15
days; also, Lieut. Seth Rice's co., Col. Job Cushing's regt.; enlisted Aug.
21, 1777; service, 7 days, travel included; company called out on an alarm
to assist Northern army and discharged at Hadley. [Massachusetts Soldiers
