Linda Loyadale Reynolds, a longtime resident of Elko, passed away unexpectedly Friday, Sept. 2, 2005. She was born July 7, 1940, in Las Vegas. At an early age, she moved to Odessa, Texas, where she attended Odessa High School. She moved to Elko in 1968, where she met and married the love of her life, Jerry D. Reynolds, on Oct. 31, 1969.
She worked for Boyack Surveying, now High Desert Engineering, for 25 years and retired in 2001. Her past and present activities included the 20th Century Club, presidency of Soroptomist of Northeastern Nevada, and she was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi. She was deeply involved in women's bowling, was on the board of directors of the Nevada state organization, and was president of the Elko County Women's Bowling Association for the past 10 years.
