Leano Leota Hanley, 96, of Charleston died 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at Hilltop Nursing Home in Charleston.
Leano was born in Coles County the daughter of George B. and Alma Loretta (Lacey) Jones.
She married Harrison Hanley in November, 1902; he died in 1926. Surviving are three sons, Alva Curtis, Robert of Charleston and Kenneth Everett of Champaign; two daughters, Mrs. Virgie Kuhl of Charleston and Mrs. George (Dorothy) Simms of Monroe, Washington; one step-daughter, Mrs. Grace Popham of Kankakee, Illinois; 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Leano was a member of the Farmington Methodist Church.
