Frederick Krueger is buried next to his son Fred and daughter in law at Trinity Lutheran cemetery in Brillion, Calumet, WI. Fred and his wife Wilhelmina has a plot in Evergreen cemetery in Manitowoc, WI. but no headstone. no idea where is wife is buried. BRILLION PIONEER DIES AT AGE OF 87 Fred Krueger Sr. had lived in that community for many years. Fred Krueger Sr. died in the home of his son F.A. Krueger in the town of Maple Groove sunday morning. death due to infirmities of old age. He was confined to is bed for many months, previous to his death. The deceased was born in Germany in Sept. 1840 and was 87 years old at the time of his death. He was one of the oldest settler's in this vicinity. He is survived by three sons. Fred, Brillion, John, Milwaukee and William, Manitowoc. two daughter's Mrs. Anna Wenzlaff, Brillion and Mrs. Henry Eichorst, Manitowoc also survive. Twenty-two grandchildren and four great grandchildren mourn his death. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3:30pm from the Fred Krueger home and at 2:00pm from the Lutheran Church, of which he was a member. Rev. M. F. Sauer conducting the services. the pallbearers were Fred Abitz, Arthur Lau, Waldemar Gadicke, Clarence Wenzlaff, Charles Krueger and Frank Degener. Interment was in the Lutheran cemetery. Those from out of town who attended the funeral services were John Krueger, Manitowoc, Mr. Mrs. Henry Eichorst, Manitowoc, Wilhelm Krueger, Manitowoc, Mr. and Mrs. Hackbarth, Hilbert.
