Murder victim. She was the daughter of Dr. Francis Fan Lee, an MIT professor of electrical engineering and computer science and the founder of Lexicon, a high-tech company based in Waltham, Massachusetts. She was a 1982 graduate of Lexington High School in Boston and a member of its track team. She was a junior at the University of California, Berkeley, studying linguistics. She spoke French, Chinese, Italian, and some German, and she was taking a Greek language class at the time of her death. She also taught English as a second language to students at the university. An avid runner, she ran between 6 and 10 miles every day. On November 4, 1984, she went out for a jog with her boyfriend, Bradley Page, and never came home. Her body was later found in the woods in a shallow grave. Page confessed to her murder but later recanted. He was convicted in 1988 and paroled in 1995. Bibi's life and death are the subject of the book "The Dead Girl" by Melanie Thernstrom.
