Samuel Adams, son of Moses and Hannah Wilson, was b. in Dublin, NH May 3, 1794, where he lived until 1837, when he purchased the farm of the late Daniel Robbe, and removed to Peterborough. He has since resided here. He has held various offices in town. Selectman 1841 and 1859, 1860; he also represented the town in the Legislature in 1847.
He m. 1st w., Almira Kendall who d. June 25, 1823; 2d w., Dec. 3, 1824, Martha Broad, who d. June 20, 1825; 3d w., Azuba Broad, Jan. 23, 1827. She d. May 30, 1854, ae 60; b. March 17, 1794.
