Alice Marie (Babineaux) Hebert Gresham

Alice Marie Gresham, 85, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Serenity House.

She was born July 24, 1926 in Port Arthur, Texas to Adolph and Rita Babineaux. Alice lived in Port Arthur and Groves all of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents Adolph and Rita Babineaux and two brothers, Walter Babineaux of Houston and Dalton Babineaux of Groves. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry J. Hebert, Jr.

Alice is survived by her loving husband, William Gresham; daughter, Sandra Kidd and husband, Jerry of Port Neches; son, Henry J. Hebert, III (Skip) and wife, Lora of Groves; three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Alice and her husband were parishioners at Immaculate Conception in Groves. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #228 and held every office locally and several offices for the state. She also organized the Christmas party for the Hughen School for many years on behalf of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #228.

Burial: Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
