I am, to the best of my knowledge the 1st Great Granddaughter of Aretas Blood (who died November 24, 1897) and his wife Lavina. I have personal knowledge of my late paternal grandparents, Frank P. and Elenora (Blood) Carpenter and of all the other persons mentioned in this affidvit. I am the daughter of the late Aretas B and Alice (Burnham) Carpenter. The late Mary (Carpenter) Manning was my aunt and the only sibling of my father Aretas B. Carpenter. She had two children, who were my cousins, one a daughter, Pricilla Carpenter (Manning) Sullivan who is still living, and a second a son, Frank, who died as a child.

My only sibling was the late Elenora Blood (Carpenter) Jackson, who died leaving two daughters (who were her only children, my nieces, Joan (Jackson) McLaughry and Elizabeth (Carpenter) Jackson Moore Fall. My niece Joan (Jackson) McLaughry is deceased and survived by her children (named but left out should they be living) . My niece Elizabeth Carpenter (Jackson) Moore Fall is also deceased and had no children.

I am the grandniece of the late Emma (Blood) French. She was the only sibiling of my paternal grandmother Elenora (Blood) Carpenter. Aunt Emma's only child Margaret L (French) Fuller is deceased, but her two children Mary Spencer (Fuller) Russell and Henry Melville Fuller are living ... out of context as both are now deceased.... back in context. I have read this day the Decendent's Chart (attached hereto Exhibit A) prepared by the Law Firm McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Prjofessional Association, and hereby certify that the contents of this chart are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge" Signed by Elizabeth Carpenter Floyd, July 20, 1990 and sworn to and notarized that date.
