He is survived by his best friend and soul mate for 15 years, Terrell Frizzell, brother, Thomas Dwight Mitchell (Ashley), nephew, David Mitchell (Angie), great- nephews, Deacon and Dawson, great- nieces, Christian and Destiny, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and many fortunate friends.
