Donald, 67 of Perry, passed away on Thursday at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Perry Chapel.

Donald was the son of Raymond and Helen (Doyle) Wilson. He attended Perry High School graduating in 1963. He married Byllye Cowell in Morrice on May 1, 1965.

Donald worked for General Motors in Lansing for 37 years, retiring as a Salvage Mechanic in 1999. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and woodworking.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife of 46 years, Byllye; son, Kirt (Erin) Wilson of Laingsburg; 2 grandsons: Jeremy and Bailey; 4 brothers: Jerry Wilson of Williamston, Richard (Anne) Wilson of Williamston, Ron (Pam) Wilson of Charlotte, Chuck (jane) Wilson of Stevensville; 2 sisters: Judy Wilson of Williamston and Connie (Dan) Price of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
