Martha M. St. Clair, 94, of Salem, died at 7:14 a.m. Thursday, November 6, 2003, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Centralia, IL.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Salem Assembly of God Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church with ministers Johnny Troutt and Bill Price officiating. Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home in Salem is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Paradise Cemetery in Salem.

Mrs. St. Clair was born on May 29, 1909, in Swain, Ark., the daughter of Charles T. and Trissie (Collins) Watson.

She married Grover Cleve St. Clair on September 18, 1925, in Batson, Ark. He preceded her in death in 1984.

She was a homemaker and a member of Salem Assembly of God Church.

Mrs. St. Clair is survived by three sons, Cleve St. Clair, of Salem, Jerry St. Clair, of Terre Haute, Ind., and Leonard St. Clair, of Clearwater, Fla.; three daughters, Marion Roemer, Audrey Vigliotto and Carolyn Bowlby, all of Salem; three brothers, Grant Watson, of Arkansas, Roosevelt Watson, of California, and Searl Watson, of Arkansas; three sisters, Nancy Bybee, of Texas, Mary Wyers, of Oklahoma, and Golda
Adams, of Arkansas; 13 grandchildren, Eric Blotevogel, Terry Blotevogel, Susan Jayne, Shara St. Clair, Rima St. Clair, Stephanie St. Clair, Kevin St. Clair, Barbara Eckiss, Laura Crain, Shawn Latch, Amy Sapp, James St. Clair and Robert St. Clair; and 20 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren .

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother, Paul Watson.

Memorials may be made to Salem Assembly of God Church through the funeral home.
