Mr. Freeman died July 19 at Thermopolis following an extended illness.
He was born at Ft. Crook, Montana. He attended the University of Michigan from which he was graduated with a B.A. and law degree. In about 1902 the family came to Converse County and for a number of years he operated a ranch in the LaBonte community.
Survivors include a son, Henry B. Freeman of Midwest City, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. Paul N. Fackler of Anchorage, Alaska; and Mrs. C. A. Thomas of Glendo; a sister, Mrs. Robert D. Carey of Cheyenne; and several grandchildren.
