He had previously owned Superior Appliance in Belpre and was currently the lead singer in the Quarter Mile Band. He also owned and operated Superior Karaoke with which he performed in many clubs in the area.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 25 years Debra Delancy Bailey; son Beldon T. Bailey of Parkersburg; two daughters Stacey Bailey and Patricia Bailey both of Parkersburg; three brothers Dennis, Randy, and John Bailey; three sisters Judy Cotton, Barbara Ball, and Eva Martin; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Sunday 2:00 pm at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Raymond Seebaugh officiating. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 7-9 PM and Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
