Amanda Jane "Mandy" Jones was the daughter of Calvin Jones and Sarah "Sallie" Wood. She married James Thomas "Tom" Huckaby. They had four children.

Mrs. Amanda Huckaby, 86, of 829 College died at 6:15 p.m. yesterday in her home after an illness od several months.
She had resided in Springfield for 29 years, moving here from Lebanon and was a member of Pythian Avenue Baptist church.
Survivors include two sons, James of the home and Belby Huckaby of Nevada; a daughter, Mrs. Cordelia Tartsch of Bernardino, Calif., 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Services will be under direction of Ayre-Goodwin.
