Be it Remembered That That I George Aram of the County of St. Clair and State of Illinois on the sixth day of January one Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty four Do Hereby Make My last Will and Testimony and that I George Aram Do Hereby Will and Bequeath and forever make over unto the following Persons all My Estate consisting in part of lands one Hundred and Nine acres also all the Notes (Moneys goods as Chattles Belonging unto me the said George Aram Now the Conditions of this Will are this I do Hereby bequeath and Will unto the Heirs of Thomas Aram one Dollar as they become of age and all the Residue of My Estate and Property after Paying My Just debts I do Hereby Will and bequeath and forever Make over unto My Sisters Mary Chadmore Elizabeth Thompson and unto Mary Beal Who is my grate Neus and Thare heirs forever to be divided Equally After My Estate is settled between those three Persons and Thare heirs forever With this Exception after my death I want a Tomb Stone set over my grave Worth fifty dollars to be Purchased out of my Estate Given under my Hand and Seal this the 6th day of January A.D. 1864.
