Served in World War II; US Army, 12th Air Division, 57th Bomb Wing, 321st Bomb Group, 446th Bomb Squadron: T/SGT, Radio/ Gunner. Served in North Africa and Italy. Life Member of 57th BG Assoc. Served in NJ Army National Guard. There he was promoted to Captain. Was a member of the Fair Haven (NJ) Lion's Club and the Saranac Lake (NY) Fish and Game Club where he was known as "Jersey Frank." Avid hunter, fisherman, and military gun collector. Was a lifelong resident of Rumson, NJ. Was in the 3rd graduating class of Rumson High School. Husband to Dorothy May (Barr) Friscia. Had 3 children.
