Leon Frost will officiate. Mr. Baggs was a native of Mena, AR and had resided in Kern Co since 1940. For 55 yrs he worked in the oil industry and was last employed at the Kellogg Oil Co. as a driller. Survivors include his wife Mary Dee; 7 sons, 9 step-children, 2 brothers & 2 sisters.
