He was a retired coal miner, member of the Hays Chapel Methodist Church, had owned and operated grocery stores in both Spadra and Clarksville, native of Clarksville, son of the late James Irvin and Missouri Tennessee Dillon Felkins, and was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Gean Felkins; and two sons, George Michael and Larry Von Felkins.
