..Obit:::: The Charlotte Observer, Tuesday, November 28, 1989:
-- ROCK HILL - James Walter Long, 61, of 951 Pebble Rd. died Nov. 27, 1989, at Piedmont Medical Center. Funeral is 3 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Greene Funeral Home with the Rev. William Shytle officiating. Burial is in Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation is 7 to 9 tonight in the chapel at Greene Funeral Home.

Mr. Long worked for Rock Hill Printing & Finishing Co. for 35 years and was a member of White Street Baptist Chutch. He was a veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors are his wife, Ella Sue; son, Terry Wayne Long; brothers, Buster Long of South Carolina, Bill Kimbrell, Marion Kimbrell; sisters, Mrs. Betty Ballard of Raleigh, Miss Dorothy Long, Mrs. Pauline Workman; and one grandchild.
