Constance V. Daniels, age 105, Beaver Dam, pased Nov. 17, 2003, at Hillside Manor in Beaver Dam, WI. A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Beaver Dam. Burial at St. Patrick Cemetery in Beaver Dam in Dodge County. Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam. Born May 28, 1898, in Milwaukee, daughter of William and Margaret (Flynn) Dermody. Moved to Beaver Dam to live with her paternal grandparents, William and Margaret (McCabe) Dermody after graduating from grade school. Served as secretary and bookkeeper for the Weyenberg Shoe Factory in Beaver Dam. Married Alvin W. Daniels on June 5, 1922, at St. Patrick Church in Beaver Dam. He died in 1978. A member of the Daughters of Isabella since 1939. Also a longtime member of the Beaver Dam Women's Club, St. Patrick's Christian Women's Club and St. Joseph's (Hillside) Hospital Auxiliary. She devoted her talents and financial contributions to produce, gather and delivery items to nursing homes, needy families and children in poverty-stricken inner city areas. She received many local, state, national and religious awards for that work. Survivors include son, Robert (Jean), Park Ridge; daughters, Constance (Frederick) Stieber, Grafton, and Gloria (Robert) Vogl, Ocala, FL; nine grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by two sisters, six brothers and one grandchild.
