Mrs. Mikus was born in Washington County, GA to the late William Jackson Scoggins and Clara Clark Brown Scoggins. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony C. Mikus, Sr. and her son John Valentine. Mrs. Mikus was also a member of Glenwood Hills Baptist Church, and the owner and operator of Tony's Pastry Shop.
Survivors include her daughters, Anne (Tommy) Hooks of Newnan, GA and Linda Mikus of Macon; sons, Kenneth (Linda) Valentine of Land O'Lakes, FL and Anthony C. Mikus, Jr. of Macon; 12 grandchildren and a number of Great Grandchildren; sister, Clara Watson of Macon; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
