Brice W. Harvey, aged resident of Scott, died Saturday night, at his home, following a brief illness. Mr. Harvey was aged about 81 years and a native of Hoaglin township. He was one of the youngest Civil War veterans in the United States, entering the war when he was about 16 years of age. Among his direct survivors are his wife and B. H. Harvey, of Van Wert. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon, at 3:00 o'clock, at the home.
