MARY KATHERINE PLASTIC, 86, of Tampa died Monday. She had lived in Tampa for 33 years and is survived by two daughters, Violet LeMay of Tampa and Frances Anna Ellis (1915-1994) of Cleveland, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
