Samuel E. Finch, Sr., 60, died in Maumee Valley Hospital yesterday.
Born in Norwalk, resident of Toledo most of his life.
Retired 7 years ago, was a truck driver for Rohr Cartage Co. for 10 years and before that was a switchman for the Nickel Plate Road nearly 25 years.
Survived by his wife, Nellie M.; 3 daughters; 2 sons; sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Grover, Mrs. Josephine Abbey, Mrs. Maxine Tressler and Mrs. Norma Sozczak and 9 grandchildren.
