Gene Cashion Sr., 67, of Paris, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2009, at Legends Healthcare.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 7-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Adell Cashion and Della Mae Hartgroves Cashion; a son, Rickey Adell Cashion, and one sister, Betty Jane Cashion.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia 'Suzie' Baird Cashion; children, Kathy (Joe) Lang, Melinda 'Vicky' Cruz, Angie Marie (Laton) Hutchings, Gene Adell (Christal) Cashion Jr., Amanda Louise (Daniel) Bohanan, and Jason Clay Cashion; 13 grandchildren; step-children, Robert Gautney, Rebecca Gautney, and Thomas Dale (Tammy) Wells; a brother, Lloyd Lee Cashion; and sister, Mary Adell Cashion Hester.
