Adam Sullivan
PONTOTOC - Adam Ross Sullivan, 27, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, in an automobile accident in Pontotoc. He was a member of Cairo Baptist Church and a 2003 graduate of North Pontotoc High School. He was a licensed real estate agent with Five Star Realty in New Albany and an employee of the Walmart Distribution Center in New Albany. He was a member of the North Mississippi Board of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors and Ducks Unlimited,, He was selected as the Pontotoc County Volunteer of the Year for the Boys and Girls. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and an MSU fan.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Browning Funeral Home Chapel in Pontotoc with Rev. Jimmy Russell and Rev. Tom Sumrall officiating. Burial will follow in the Cairo Cemetery. Browning Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his father, Larry Sullivan and Patsy of Cherry Creek; his mother, Vickie Lyn Sullivan of Liberty; a brother, Joshua T. Sullivan and Peggy of Cotton Plant; a stepsister, Pam Stephens of Ecru; his grandmothers, Billie Rush of Liberty and Hilda Sullivan of Evergreen; a nephew, Tristan Sullivan, and a niece, Gracie Sullivan; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, J.T. Rush and Travis Sullivan.
Pallbearers will be Ben Hall, Zack Sims, Jeremy McCraw, Whitney Taylor, Steven Huffstatler and Cary Snyder.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
