Rentfro Banton Creager Jr., 85, Peachtree City, died Aug. 14, 2005. He was born Feb. 9, 1920 in Brownsville, Texas. He served in the United States Air Force in World War II, and was retired from Tropicana Juice Products. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Peachtree City, and the Kiwanis Club. A memorial service was at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. David Miller and the Rev. Dr. James O. Speed officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine Hoover Creager, Peachtree City; a son, and 2 daughters; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Memorial donations may be made First Presbyterian Church, 206 Willowbend Road, Peachtree City, 30269, or Crosspoint Hospice, 19 West Broad Street, Newnan, GA 30263.
