Mrs. Helen Mahlke Busenlehner, 55, of 8027 First Court North, who died Tuesday, was a lifelong Birmingham resident and a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church. Funeral will be at 9:30am Thursday at Roebuck Chapel and 10:00am at St. Barnabas, with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Rosary will be said at 7 pm February 23rd at Roebuck Chapel.

Three daughters, Mrs. Helen Wallace, Williston, FL, Mrs. Eleanor Robertson, Gadsden, and Miss Mary Ellen Busenlehner, Birmingham. Her father, Hugo A. Mahlke, Sr., Pinson; two brothers, Hugo Mahlke, Jr., Corpus Christi, TX., and Wade Mahlke, Pinson. Three sisters, Mrs. Gracie Hatton, Ordway, Co., Mrs. Lucille Willard, Charleston, S.C. and Mrs. Mildred McCloud, Key Biscayne, FL.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Anna Haack Mahlke.
