Roderick Rashaun "Rah Rah" Cooper, 21, of Fayetteville, died Monday, Nov. 28, 2011.
He was born Dec. 29, 1989, in Fayetteville, the son of Larry and Debbie Cooper.

He graduated from Fayetteville High School and was a member of the 2007 state championship football team.

Survivors include his parents, Larry and Debbie Cooper of the home; daughter, Camryn Cooper of Fayetteville; brother, Reggie Cooper of Fayetteville; two sisters, Kimberly Cooper and Jessica Nichole Brooks Cooper, both of Fayetteville; grandparents, Larry and Gloria Cooper of Magnolia, Ark.; grandmother, Elila Faye Moore of Dallas, Texas. He will also be missed by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.

The family will receive friends Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Beard's Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville, with Pastor Curtiss Smith officiating.
Burial will be Oak Cemetery under the direction of Beard's Funeral Chapel.
