McConnelsville- ILeen Katherine Adams Drake,75 of 8137 North Ohio 60,McConnelsville. Died at 8:50 p.m. Thursday May 13, 1993 at Bethesda Hospital following a brief illness. ILeen was born October 25th, 1917 in Stinson, West Virginia.. Ms. Drake was a housewife and a member of the Seventh Street Church of Christ, McConnelsville. Ohio.
Survivors include two daughters, Agnes Sample and Jenny Pettit, both of McConnelsville. Three sons Ernest Rex McKee of Chandlersville, Robert Mckee of Holmsville and Calvin McKee of McConnelsville.
Two sisters, Pauline Lambey of Ivydale, West Virginia and Waneda Justice of Chloe, West Virginia.
She had 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oley I. Drake who died March 21st, 1983, one son Bruce McKee and one daughter Sarah Flo McKee, one brother Donald R. Adams, two sisters Lona Adams and Nell G. Lambey and one grandson.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home, McConnelville and one hour prior to services at the Seventh Street Church of Christ.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Church with evangelist Joseph Neff officiating. Burial will follow at the Malta Union Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Seventh Street Church of Christ.
