Longtime resident of Lake Oswego, born in Emmett, Idaho. Son of Roy Guy Howard and Lucy Eleanor Brady. Preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Wanda Louise Wright Howard; sisters, Eileen Margaret Howard Hutsell (Spokane), Marian Frances Howard Michener (Calif.); and brother William Francis Howard (N.J.). Roy leaves behind his son, Roy (Shelley); daughter, Susan Adelhart (David); and three grandchildren, Sarah, Brady and Cameron. Roy was a Veteran of WWII and the Korean conflict and ended his service as a Major in the Air Force Reserve. Roy was prominent in the real estate development field and owned Real Estate Data Services in LO. A graveside service will be held at Willamette National Cemetery Dec. 5 at 9:30 a.m. The family would like to thank McLoughlin Place for their loving care.
