Mrs. Mary Anne Paul, age eighty-one, died Wednesday afternoon at four o'clock, at her home, No. 1320 South Noble street. Her death was caused by uraemic poisoning. Mrs. Paul had been ill for six weeks. Recently her condition had been grave.

Mrs. Paul was born in Franklin county, Indiana, on March 14, 1839. She was married to the late Jos. Paul in 1857. They had lived in this city for many years. Mr. Paul died July 22, 1916. Mrs. Paul was a member of the St. Joseph church here.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Jon Wagner, Mrs. Lena Fastlaben, and Mrs. Anna Larmore, of this city, and two sons, L. E. Paul, and Joseph Paul, both of Shelbyville. One brother, John Nienaber, of Tipton, also survives. Mrs. Paul also leaves thirteen grand children, and seven great grand children.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at nine o'clock at St. Joseph's church, the Rev. Father George Borries officiating.

Burial will be made in the church cemetery, Morris H. Sleeth in charge.
