Celebration of life: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at Rising Star Baptist Church, 4216 Avenue M at Miller Avenue. Interment: Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Family hour and musical: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the church.
