NOTE: I feel pretty sure Frank is buried in HOOVER iron fenced family plot in Bollinger Cemetery.
I have added him here for Family Tree Purposes, while i continue the search for death certificate or obit or Bible Records to confirm this is his resting place.
The Date of Death is unproven - Frank was alive and living in Strawn, Palo Pinto Co., Texas in Sept 1918 when he registered for the WWI Draft, and the 1920 Census his wife, Winnie E (Browning) Hoover is listed as a widow. Family stories say he died in 1918 in an Oilfield Accident.
I made Frank this headstone, and placed in at a fieldstone marker in the Hoover Family fenced plot.
When i get confirmation of place of burial, i will update this bio, or in case of different graveyard i will delete this entry
